At MukutOttawa Pty. Ltd., we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product, and we've made our returns process as simple as possible. This policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Please note that the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened essential oils for hygiene reasons
- Opened incense packages
- Sale items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
Return Process

- Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Package your return securely with all original packaging materials
- Include your RMA number and original receipt
- Ship the item to:

Refunds
Once we receive your return:
- We will inspect the item within 2 business days
- You will receive an email notification about the status of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
The original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item:
- Follow the same return process outlined above
- Indicate your desire for an exchange when contacting customer service
- Specify the item you would like in exchange
- Pay any difference in price if applicable
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired exchange item is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receipt
- Provide photos of the damaged item or packaging
- We will arrange for return shipping at our expense
- A replacement will be shipped once we receive the returned item
